The Scott Street Wilkes-Barre office offers a wide range of services including treatment of diseases of the eye, regular eye exams and contact lens services. The full service optical department stocks the latest in designer frame product as well as our affordable eyewear packages. Eyewear and sunwear designers include Perry Ellis, Flexon, Izod, Furla, Elle, Esprit, Ocean Pacific, Guess, Sketchers, Hackett London, Trussardi, Rayban Suns.

Lisa Toole, O.D. and Mary Ellen Judge, O.D. practice at this location.

Dr. Toole practices primary eye care with a special interest in pediatric care. She also offers contact lens and refractive care for children and adults. She is a provider for InfantSee, a public health program designed to provide comprehensive vision assessments to infants within the first year of life at no cost to the family. Dr. Toole is involved with fundraising for the Catholic Youth Center, Wilkes-Barre Kids Innovations, Sound & Stage KISS and Little Theatre of Wilkes-Barre. She is a lifetime resident of Wilkes-Barre, where she resides with her husband and two children.

Dr. Judge specializes in general optometry, contact lenses, pediatric and geriatric care of the eye. She is a volunteer with Girl Scouts of America, St. Mary Assumption School in Pittston and St. Maria Goretti Church in Laflin. She is also a member of the Luzerne County Historical Society. Dr. Judge resides in Pittston with her husband and four children.
