Dr. Whitling received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Westminster College and went on to earn another Bachelor of Science with his Doctor of Optometry from The Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, PA.
Experience
He completed externships at West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA and The Laurel Eye Clinic, Brookville, PA where he worked alongside ophthalmologists managing pre/post-op cataract, Lasik, and glaucoma patients.
